We offer a unique variety of yoga services. Everyone is different, and everyone's path is unique.
Yoga- 60min yoga class incompassing all aspects of yoga. There are many styles, and all of them are yoga. In this 60min class, we use props, breathing, and our movement to connect our mind, body, and spirit. Drop in Classes will challege you and help you understand the amazing machine that is your body!
Restorative Yoga- Called "Glorified Adult Nap Time" During your 90 minute session you will be propped up in comfortable and relaxing poses, letting your body as well as your mind completely relax.
PTSD/Trauma Yoga- These sessions are designed to help those whose lives have been affected by trauma through releasing tension. These sessions are available 1 on 1 or in a group.
Compassion Fatigue Yoga (Coming Fall 2019)- In today's society our care circles have become bigger and bigger, leaving less and less care for ourselves. These sessions will help re-ignite the self care we all need.
Children's Yoga-There is too much fun to type. This is great from classes or even as family fun time
Yoga for Recovery & Trauma- We meet everyother Thursday night at 6:30pm. These sessions are designed to enhance your current Recovery Program or help those going through trauma healing. Classes are 90-120 mintues long. All are welcomed to attend.
At Unknown Yogi we like to look outside of the box. We like to break down assumptions and empower eachother to achieve a better understanding of ourself and the world around us. Yoga is an amazing healing tool. It helps connect our mind, body, and spirit to allow oursevles to work truely together. Each class offered at Unknown Yogi is a little diffrent, 1 on 1 sessions are tailored to you or your group attending, Drop in Classes get crazy sweaty with a lot of laughs, and Restortive sessions are releasing and resetting. Stop in say "Hi" and learn a little more. Megan Leigh is at the studio Monday, Wednseday, and Friday!
